At the moment, our native integrations support the following CRM and Apps:

What data elements will be exchanged between Mobilo and my CRM/App?
Mobilo utilizes a webhook to capture the standard information from the lead, including first name, last name, company name, location, mobile phone, title, and other ancillary data points. We then push this data to your CRM or app to create or update the corresponding account and contacts.
What data fields are collected by the lead generation tool and integration?
There are four types of data fields collected and available for the mapping process :
Mobilo: These are mobile-specific, allowing us to identify you and your team within our system.

Acquired By: These are the cardholder details. It can be used to identify the lead owner within your CRM correctly.

What data is being stored in Mobilo and used to exchange data with your CRM?
Encrypted user API credentials, automation logs (inc. error details), automation settings, aggregated stats: the number of transactions (tasks), active users, raw request logs.
How is data being encrypted between Mobilo and my CRM/App?
We utilize high encryption standards, including 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2 and 1.3 with AES 256 for data in transit. Furthermore, we ensure that only the necessary operations are executed in the apps to make the automation work properly. All customer data is processed in accordance with strict security and privacy standards.
