How to Use Your Gift Coupon

Received a gift coupon link and want to know how to use it? Then this article is for you.

IMPORTANT: The gift coupon link is associated with the email address that you were given. They MUST be used together or the gift coupon will not be applied. 

Now that you have received your personalized gift coupon link please:

Mobile Device:

• Click the link
• Choose your product then click "Add to Cart"
• Choose any add-ons if you wish then click "Buy Now"
• Register as a new user using your email address (the one indicated to you by the purchaser)
• Now that you are logged in, click "Buy Now"
• Fill in your billing and shipping details
• Scroll down to the order summary and you will see the coupon credit applied
• Make your payment for the difference (if there is any)
• Once payment is complete, click “Configure” or you will receive an email to configure your card

Desktop or Laptop:

• Click the link
• Click "Login" at the top right corner
• Register as a new user using your email address (the one indicated to you by the purchaser)
• Choose your product then click "Add to Cart"
• Choose any add-ons if you wish then click "Buy Now"
• Fill in your billing and shipping details
• Scroll down to the order summary and you will see the coupon credit applied
• Make your payment for the difference (if there is any)
• Once payment is complete, click “Configure” or you will receive an email to configure your card

If you purchased a custom card (any material) upon submitting your design and configuring your card the design team will create a mock-up for you. You will receive an email notification to review it. Production will begin only after you approve the print proof.

Once your card has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking info.
