How to review my card design proofs

Once you submit your artwork and design instructions, our design team will create a proof.

When your design proof is ready to review, you will receive an email with subject line “Need design approval” asking you to login with the email you used to place your order (if you don’t have a password please use the password reset option). After authenticating, you will be routed into the My Cards dashboard and be able to chat directly with your designer to approve the proof or give feedback.

If you Approve the proof, your cards will go immediately into Production. You will receive an email with tracking information once it’s shipped.

If you give feedback, our design team will create a new proof and you will be alerted via email when the next iteration is ready for your review.
