How to replace a card?

If you ever need to get a replacement for a lost or damaged card of one of your team members, you can now request it directly from your management dashboard. To do so, please log into buy.mobilocard.com/management and locate the user you want to get a replacement card for. Next to their information, there's a 3-dot menu that you can click on so you can issue a new card:

You'll then be redirected to the regular design process to submit the artwork you'd like to use for the replacement card. You can also choose to use the previously approved template to get the same design the user had before.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Only the administrators of the team have access to this view and to issue replacement cards.
  • Your organization must be on a TEAM plan and must have available credits to use for the replacements. Otherwise, you will be redirected to purchase more cards.
  • If you are on the PRO plan, please contact support@mobilocard.com to assist you with the replacement process.
