Designing your Team landing page and your Team Wallet cards

We’re excited to introduce a new, seamless way to create a custom design for the landing page and the digital wallet cards for your team! Whether you’re looking to enhance your brand identity or maintain a consistent professional look across your organization, our new design process makes it easier than ever.

Creating a Landing Page and a Wallet card design for your team:

1. Log in to Your Account – Visit app.mobilocard.com and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to the "Team Design" Section – on the left side panel in your dashboard.
3. Customize Your Layout – Choose from our templates to customize the header, add content to the landing page, and play around with the different options to customize the color of the background and the icon.
4. Review and Submit – Once you're happy with the look and feel of the landing page, click on "Save".
5. Implementation – If you want the layout that you created to be exactly the same for all of the users of you team, make sure that you click on the option to Lock the design and save the changes.

The layout and design that you create for the landing page will be the same for the digital wallet card. If you make changes to one, it will immediately be reflected in the other.

SENDING THE DIGITAL WALLET CARD EMAILS TO YOUR TEAM

‍

Each team member can generate an email to get their own digital cards added to their Apple or Google Wallets. As an admin, you can also generate the digital card emails for them. Go to app.mobilocard.com and click on the "Team" tab and then click on "Digital Business Card". You have 2 options there:

1. Send to all members. By clicking on this option, an email will be sent to all the users that are currently part of your organization in Mobilo.

2. Send to selected members. By using this option, you can select the specific team members that you want to send a digital business card to. You can select one or multiple team members at a time.

Can I have separate designs for the landing page and the digital wallet cards?

Not at the moment. The design that you create for the landing page will be automatically applied to the wallet cards and vice versa.

The landing page of one of my team members doesn't show the layout that I designed.

Make sure the landing page is locked so all users see the same design.

Can I have separate designs for different groups?

Yes, you can create different groups in the Team tab and then create separate designs for each group on the "Team Design" tab.

Can I send the Digital Business Card emails to groups of people instead of individuals?

No, at the moment, you can only send the Digital Business Card emails to all of the members of your team or to selected team members. You'll have the option to see the members per group, but you still need to individually select them to send them the emails.
