How to tap accessories

Accesories such as our Key Fobs and Smart Buttons come in handy when you don't have your card with you. Let's learn together how to successfully use them.

There are certain phone models that allow for NFC technology. Here is the device compatibility article:

*We recommend placing the Smart Button at the very bottom back of the phone to prevent it from triggering your NFC antenna repeatedly.

Furthermore, there are certain "sweet spots" for iPhones and for Androids:

iPhone:

- Make sure the phone is lit up before tapping

- Tap your accessories on the top of the phone with the logo code facing the device.

Android:

- Make sure the phone is lit up before tapping

- Tap your accessories on the back center of the phone with logo facing the device
